The Montreal Associates Event brings together Blakes' Associates and their clients for an evening of networking, with a focus on table sports and wine.

Create an email invitation banner for the event with the themes of wine and table sports (ping-pong, Mississippi and foosball)

The lawyers requested decals for both the exterior and interior of the venue. Since the paintbrushes and the logo paint swoosh are not symmetrical, incorporating them on both sides of a window would result in a mismatched appearance.
Working with the Senior Graphic Designer, we developed an approach to overcome this challenge. We horizontally inverted all the paintbrushes and the logo paint swoosh to ensure that they are perfectly aligned when placed back-to-back.
Since the logo contains text, we inverted only the paint swoosh and repositioned the text on top to maintain readability.
The outdoor and indoor decals were seamlessly aligned, with no excess or misalignment.
Here are a few considerations I focused on during the design process:
First, I gathered key information to inform design decisions
Audience: Primarily ages 25-35
Event Tone: Casual and Fun
Creative Concept: A similar approach to the moodboard, but with a trendy touch that reflects the event's themes
Incorporate Line Art: To achieve a minimalistic, contemporary style
Use a Brighter Colour Tone: To evoke liveliness and excitement, creating a cheerful atmosphere
Reduce Grain & Texture: To eliminate the vintage feel of the original inspiration and aim for a cleaner, more modern look
Feature Table Sports: To reflect the event's themes
